Job Description - Grade Specific

Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, or Financial Services environments.
Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations serving 1,000+ users.
Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification or accreditation.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead who combines deep Financial Services Cloud expertise with strong leadership capabilities. This individual should be comfortable driving architecture decisions while remaining technically engaged in solution design, integrations, and development activities.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$120,000 - $130,000 / yearly CAD.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
