We are expanding our Customer Service Team and we're looking for a passionate, customer service obsessed representative to join our team here at Capital BBQ.

We work in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while explaining product benefits and fulfilling customer needs so if this sounds like you we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:  Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in our showroom, over the phone and by email.

• • Answer questions about products, orders, availability and delivery.
  • Process showroom and online orders, create sales invoices and maintain accurate customer information using our software.
  • Follow up on customer orders and keep customers informed about their purchase.
  • Assist with customer concerns, returns, warranty inquiries and parts requests, working with the appropriate team members to find solutions.
  • Coordinate with our sales, warehouse and delivery teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting BBQs, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, parts and accessories, and complete sales as required.
  • Order products and parts for customers and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Help keep our showroom clean, organized and welcoming.
  • Ensure products are priced and labelled correctly.
  • Stocking product

Requirements:

• Love to BBQ, grilling knowledge, or a foodie willing to learn.
• Minimum 2-year sales, and customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communications skills (verbal and written).
• Background in Retail and/or Customer Service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Shopify.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Team player who works well in a Team oriented environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Takes initiative with a “can-do attitude” and the desire to “make things happen”.
• Ability to work effectively with speed and urgency in a high productivity environment.
• Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset.
