CapitalCare is an organization committed to delivering excellence in continuing care. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team environment, using their clinical skills to provide person-centered care to our residents. The schedule is 7:45-4pm, Monday-Friday. We are closed evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with ConnectCare and/or Kroll software is an asset.
