- Technical Collaboration: Prepare detailed tooling sheets and setup drawings for CNC operators, collaborating closely with design engineers.
- Project Ownership: Monitor and follow up on your assigned projects directly on the shop floor from setup to final part.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: College Diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering, DEP in Machining, ASP in CNC Programming / Tooling, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Tech Stack: Essential knowledge of Mastercam and FeatureCAM, along with strong blueprint reading capabilities.

🔧 Vos principales responsabilités :- Programmation 3D avancée : Déterminer la logique d’usinage et programmer des pièces complexes sur CNC 3, 4 et 5 axes (FeatureCAM et Mastercam).
- Optimisation des procédés : Optimiser les temps de cycle pour maximiser l'efficacité et la précision.
- Collaboration technique : Produire la documentation technique (feuilles d’outillage, dessins de montage) et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les concepteurs et les opérateurs CNC.
- Suivi de projets : Assurer le suivi de vos propres projets directement sur le plancher de production, du début à la fin.
- Formation : DEC en génie mécanique, DEP en usinage, ASP en programmation CNC / outillage, ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience : 1 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en programmation et usinage CNC.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise essentielle de la programmation Mastercam et FeatureCAM, connaissance de l'environnement et excellente capacité de lecture de plans.
- Qualités recherchées : Esprit logique, souci du détail, fort esprit mécanique et bonnes aptitudes en communication.
