Responsabilities
Project Planning and Coordination
- Establish and oversee the implementation plan, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and decision timeline in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, hospitality consultants, and other professionals; ensure consistency across their scopes of work and resolve interdisciplinary interfaces.

- Ability to work with hotel standards, operations teams, and specialized consultants; knowledge of brand requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools, budgets, and schedules; understanding of a project’s financial issues without primary responsibility for the investment pro forma.
