Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Toronto. We work with clients across a variety of sectors, including retail, telecommunications, consumer services and hospitality, supporting their marketing and customer engagement activities.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in marketing and wants to gain practical experience in a professional team environment.

Previous marketing experience is helpful but not essential. We're looking for someone who is organised, communicates well and is willing to learn.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the planning and delivery of marketing activities for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of marketing campaigns
• Supporting promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Communicating with customers and providing information about client products and services
• Preparing campaign materials and maintaining accurate records
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing updates with the team
• Monitoring campaign activity and assisting with basic reporting
• Working with colleagues to ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A professional, approachable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• An interest in marketing, branding or customer engagement
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Experience in marketing, retail, customer service, events or administration would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
