Prioritize plaza visits for Execution Associates. Consolidate store feedback, pictures and compliance results. Identify whether an issue is local, operational, supplier-related or systemic. Recommend corrective actions to the Buyer. Maintain reporting on launch readiness, compliance and program performance.
