About CareRx Corporation

At CareRx, we are shaping the future of senior care through pharmacy services that make a real difference. As Canada's trusted leader in specialty pharmacy services for long-term care, retirement and congregate living communities, we are committed to enhancing the health of Canadians with unique and complex medication needs. Our goal is to improve clinical outcomes and provide personalized care every step of the way.

The Pharmacy Assistant, Infusion and Compounding supports the preparation, processing, packaging, and distribution of sterile and non-sterile compounded medications and infusion therapies for residents living in Long-Term Care (LTC), Retirement and other institutional settings. Working closely with pharmacists, regulated pharmacy technicians, nursing teams, and facility staff, this role ensures medications are prepared accurately, delivered on time, and compliant with all regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards.

The successful candidate plays a key role in supporting continuity of care for LTC residents by managing medication orders, coordinating facility deliveries, maintaining inventory and cleanroom operations, and assisting with compounding activities in accordance with NAPRA, Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), and organizational standards.

Why you should join CareRx

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
