Original job description

Operations Manager - North Vancouver, BC

Lead the Fleet. Drive Performance. Shape the Future.

At Canadian Maritime Industrial Rentals (CMIR), we do more than rent equipment. We help power some of Western Canada's most significant marine, industrial, and heavy civil construction projects.

As the equipment division of Carlson Construction Group, CMIR provides specialized marine assets, barges, cranes, and support equipment that keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Our clients rely on us to deliver operational excellence, dependable equipment, and exceptional service when it matters most.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about people, performance, and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing business operations, fleet performance, maintenance planning, financial results, customer service, and team development while helping shape the strategic direction of the business.

If you are a leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, building high-performing teams, and making a visible impact on business performance, we'd like to hear from you.
