Technical Program Engineer - North Vancouver, BC

Engineer Solutions. Plan Strategically. Deliver Performance.

At Carlson Marine & Industrial Rentals (CMIR), we do more than provide equipment. We help build the infrastructure that keeps Western Canada moving.

As the equipment division of Carlson Construction Group, CMIR supports some of the region's most complex marine, industrial, infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects. From specialized marine assets and barges to cranes and heavy equipment, our fleet plays a critical role in powering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Our clients trust us to deliver reliable equipment, innovative solutions, and exceptional service when it matters most.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Program Engineer to join our team in North Vancouver and play a key role in shaping the future of our growing operation.

This is more than an engineering position. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the performance, reliability, and strategic direction of one of Western Canada's leading marine and industrial equipment providers. Working alongside operational leaders and project teams, you will help optimize fleet performance, support maintenance and asset management programs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.

We are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about engineering excellence. If you are excited by the opportunity to influence fleet strategy, improve operational performance, and support critical projects across the region, we would like to hear from you.
