Original job description

English section of this bilingual listing.

Carousel is building the intake and verification infrastructure behind financial lending, auto, leasing, tenant screening, and consumer compliance. We’re a team of 20 moving fast across several verticals.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile AI Engineer (0→1 Builder) who can take an idea from concept to shipped, by combining core technical execution with AI mastery. You won’t get a detailed product spec; you’ll get a real business problem, and you’ll own the entire lifecycle of the solution from architecture to deployment.

Working directly with the leadership team, your days will be diverse. One week you might design and code a high-conversion landing page; the next, you're building a custom CRM integration, a bug-free internal tool by Friday afternoon, or a polished marketing video.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

Full-Stack Prototyping & Development: Build websites, landing pages, and web apps from scratch. Write clean code, deploy systems, and leverage AI coding tools (like Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development without sacrificing structural integrity.
Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final gatekeeper for everything you ship. You’ll test workflows, hunt down edge-case bugs, check mobile responsiveness, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability before anything goes live.
Systems & Data Integrations: Connect intake flows, webhooks, and forms to CRMs and third-party tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier) using your understanding of APIs, data structures, and authentication.
Visual & Creative: Bring a sharp creative eye to life. Produce stunning brand assets, promo spots, and visual content using AI image and video generation tools (such as Higgsfield), ensuring everything adheres to high design standards.

You might be a fit if:

You have strong technical chops & AI fluency: 2+ years of building seriously with AI development environments (Claude Code, Cursor) and the coding foundation to know when the AI is wrong, fix the logic, and ship secure code.
You have a sharp creative and visual eye: You care about UI/UX, typography, layout, and motion. You don't just build things that work; you build things that look and feel exceptional.
You obsess over Quality Assurance: You take pride in polish. You naturally test your own work rigorously, catch bugs early, and ensure a seamless user experience.
You are a true end-to-end owner: You’ve built things nobody asked you to build (side projects, scrappy startups, or automation tools for yourself) because you love creating.
You bias toward action: You’d rather ship a smart, working v1 today than wait around for a perfect plan next month.
You thrive in ambiguity: You ask "who is this for?" and "what problem are we solving?" before worrying about the tech stack.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or advanced workflow automation tools.
Portfolio of AI image/video generation or design work.
Prior startup, early-stage, or founder experience.
