Carousel is building the intake and verification infrastructure behind financial lending, auto, leasing, tenant screening, and consumer compliance. We’re a team of 20 moving fast across several verticals.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile AI Engineer (0→1 Builder) who can take an idea from concept to shipped, by combining core technical execution with AI mastery. You won’t get a detailed product spec; you’ll get a real business problem, and you’ll own the entire lifecycle of the solution from architecture to deployment.

Working directly with the leadership team, your days will be diverse. One week you might design and code a high-conversion landing page; the next, you're building a custom CRM integration, a bug-free internal tool by Friday afternoon, or a polished marketing video.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

Full-Stack Prototyping & Development: Build websites, landing pages, and web apps from scratch. Write clean code, deploy systems, and leverage AI coding tools (like Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development without sacrificing structural integrity.
Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final gatekeeper for everything you ship. You’ll test workflows, hunt down edge-case bugs, check mobile responsiveness, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability before anything goes live.
Systems & Data Integrations: Connect intake flows, webhooks, and forms to CRMs and third-party tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier) using your understanding of APIs, data structures, and authentication.
Visual & Creative: Bring a sharp creative eye to life. Produce stunning brand assets, promo spots, and visual content using AI image and video generation tools (such as Higgsfield), ensuring everything adheres to high design standards.

Nous sommes une équipe de 20 personnes qui évolue rapidement dans plusieurs secteurs verticaux.

Le rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) ingénieur(e) IA polyvalent(e) (bâtisseur(se) 0→1) capable de transformer une idée en produit livré, en combinant une solide exécution technique et une expertise approfondie en IA. Vous ne recevrez pas une spécification produit détaillée; vous recevrez un véritable problème d’affaires et serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vie de la solution, de l’architecture jusqu’au déploiement.

En travaillant directement avec l’équipe de direction, vos journées seront variées. Une semaine, vous pourriez concevoir et coder une page d’atterrissage à fort taux de conversion; la semaine suivante, vous pourriez développer une intégration CRM personnalisée, un outil interne sans bogue prêt pour vendredi après-midi ou encore une vidéo marketing soignée.

Ce dont vous serez responsable (de bout en bout)

Prototypage et développement Full-Stack : Concevoir des sites Web, des pages d’atterrissage et des applications Web à partir de zéro. Écrire du code propre, déployer des systèmes et tirer parti d’outils de développement assistés par l’IA (comme Claude Code et Cursor) pour accélérer le développement sans compromettre l’intégrité de la structure.
Assurance qualité (AQ) rigoureuse : Agir comme dernier point de contrôle pour tout ce que vous livrez. Tester les flux de travail, repérer les bogues dans les cas limites, vérifier l’adaptabilité mobile et assurer une fiabilité de niveau entreprise avant toute mise en production.
Systèmes et intégrations de données : Connecter les flux d’intégration, les webhooks et les formulaires aux CRM et aux outils tiers (HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier) grâce à votre compréhension des API, des structures de données et de l’authentification.
Production visuelle et créative : Mettre à profit un œil créatif aiguisé. Produire des éléments de marque percutants, des contenus promotionnels et du contenu visuel à l’aide d’outils de génération d’images et de vidéos par IA (comme Higgsfield), en veillant à ce que tout respecte des standards élevés en matière de design.
Résolution de problèmes autonome : Mener un projet de la page blanche jusqu’à la mise en ligne d’un produit entièrement par vous-même.

Vous pourriez être la bonne personne si :

Vous avez de solides compétences techniques et une excellente maîtrise de l’IA : Vous avez plus de 2 ans d’expérience concrète avec des environnements de développement assistés par l’IA (Claude Code, Cursor) ainsi que les bases solides en programmation nécessaires pour reconnaître lorsque l’IA se trompe, corriger la logique et déployer du code sécurisé.
Vous avez un œil créatif et visuel aiguisé : Vous accordez de l’importance à l’UI/UX, à la typographie, à la mise en page et aux animations. Vous ne vous contentez pas de créer des produits qui fonctionnent; vous créez des produits qui sont exceptionnels tant sur le plan visuel que de l’expérience.
Vous êtes obsédé(e) par l’assurance qualité : Vous êtes fier(ère) de la qualité de votre travail. Vous testez naturellement votre travail de façon rigoureuse, repérez rapidement les bogues et veillez à offrir une expérience utilisateur fluide.
Vous êtes véritablement responsable de vos projets de bout en bout : Vous avez créé des choses que personne ne vous avait demandé de créer (projets personnels, jeunes entreprises développées avec peu de ressources ou outils d’automatisation pour vous-même) parce que vous aimez créer.
