Founded in France in 1984, Carré Blanc has become a recognized leader in home linens, with over three decades of presence in Canada. Renowned for bold creativity and exclusive designs, the brand combines artistic vision with exceptional quality to transform everyday living spaces.

At Carré Blanc, home linens are more than just textiles - they are a canvas for self-expression. Each collection is thoughtfully designed by a passionate team of designers and stylists, bringing inspiration, comfort, and character to every room.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our boutique on Avenue Laurier Ouest in Montréal. If you have a passion for customer service, home décor, design, and retail, this is an opportunity to be part of a brand where creativity and experience come together.

Your Role:

As a Sales Associate at Carré Blanc, you will be the face of the brand - welcoming customers, sharing product expertise, and creating a warm, memorable in-store experience that encourages repeat visits.

This role requires constant movement throughout the store, including both the sales floor and back-of-house areas. When not actively assisting customers, you will take initiative to complete additional tasks as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while supporting efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and communicate the Carré Blanc brand, product lines, and collections.
Deliver attentive, personalized customer service and build strong client relationships (clienteling, loyalty, repeat business).
Drive sales by meeting or exceeding KPIs through product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
Stay informed on promotions, pricing, and product availability to support effective selling.
Process transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally; escalate when required and follow up on special orders or requests.
Support e-commerce operations by picking, packing, and shipping online orders.
Perform embroidery on customer orders as needed.
Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.
Replenish stock, organize inventory, and assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory counts. Ability to lift and carry packages that can be up to 15 kg/ 35lbs as needed.
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks.
Assist with in-store events and promotional activities as required.
Collaborate with team members and report to the Store Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ year of experience in retail or customer service
Bilingual in French and English
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Passionate about home decor, fashion, or design
Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
