Communicate technical topics clearly and professionally with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), regulatory authorities, and internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in investigations related to warranty claims, quality concerns, or engine events, contributing to technical reports and root cause analyses as needed.
Ensure work order documentation aligns with applicable technical specifications and engineering requirements.
Work closely with configuration and methods engineering teams during publication reviews and PMA/DER review activities.
Assist in the development and maintenance of engineering procedures and technical instructions.
Support the evaluation and preparation of engineering disposition procedures and repair solutions.
