Your Role
As
Sales Coordinator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your Scope Includes
- Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales data across multiple systems and support data analysis and reporting
- Support prospecting, customer development, and account planning through data collection, validation, and insights generation
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure effective information sharing with internal stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Respond to customer requests and provide commercial, technical, and corporate documentation as required
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Credit teams to support customer needs and strengthen customer relationships
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, change management, project coordination, and sales activity tracking to drive operational excellence
What You Bring
You're a natural fit for
Sales Coordinator if you have:
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination or customer service; manufacturing industry experience is preferred
- College diploma (DEC) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience using Microsoft 365, SAP, and advanced Excel functions; experience with CRM systems and Power BI is an asset
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, resourceful, and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving skills; project management experience or training
- Fluent in both English and French to effectively support customers and collaborate with teams across Canada and the United States
