As Sales & Operations Execution Director, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your Scope Includes
- Lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process across a complex, multi-site North American supply chain network.
- Lead the weekly S&OE cycle and align demand, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial priorities.
- Translate approved S&OP plans into actionable operational plans and drive execution excellence.
- Lead scenario planning and make critical decisions during disruptions, demand fluctuations, and capacity constraints.
- Act as the primary escalation point for short-term supply chain trade-off decisions.
- Ensure high service levels while optimizing inventory, working capital, and operational costs.
- Establish inventory strategies and optimize the distribution network to support business objectives.
- Standardize S&OE processes, KPIs, and best practices while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing planning, scheduling, and distribution teams.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
You're a natural fit for Sales & Operations Execution Director if you have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, scheduling, demand planning, or related disciplines.
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master's degree, MBA, or professional certification such as CPIM, considered an asset.
- Strong expertise in S&OP and S&OE processes within complex supply chain environments.
- Experience leading planning and execution activities across multiple sites and regions.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain execution.
- Experience with SAP, IBP/APS solutions, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Proven success leading managers, influencing stakeholders, and operating within a matrix organization.
- Fluent English and intermediate to fluent French.

Responsibilities
Lead the weekly end-to-end S&OE process across a multi-site North American supply chain, aligning demand, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial priorities while translating approved S&OP plans into operational execution. Manage short-term trade-offs and disruptions, optimize service, inventory, and costs, standardize processes and KPIs, and develop high-performing planning, scheduling, and distribution teams.
Requirements
Requires at least 10 years of relevant supply chain experience and a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree, MBA, or CPIM certification is an asset. Candidates should have strong S&OP/S&OE expertise, multi-site leadership experience, knowledge of SAP, IBP/APS solutions and Power BI, advanced analytical and stakeholder leadership skills, and fluent English with intermediate-to-fluent French.
