You'll work with cross-functional leaders to drive service excellence, inventory performance, and operational agility while leading teams through transformation and growth.

Join MARC-ANDRE GERVAIS's team as a Sales & Operations Execution Director in Saint-Hubert and help build a more sustainable future.

What’s In It For You

Taking care of our people is in our nature - so you’ll enjoy:

Annual salary between 150,000 and 180,000$CAD
Profit sharing and an employee share purchase plan
A hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
A full range of benefits: group insurance, telemedicine, and an employer-supported retirement plan
An annual allowance to spend on goods and services of your choice
A yearly wellness program and employee assistance program
A collaborative, respectful, and people-centered workplace

Your Role

As Sales & Operations Execution Director, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your Scope Includes

Lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process across a complex, multi-site North American supply chain network.
Lead the weekly S&OE cycle and align demand, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial priorities.
Translate approved S&OP plans into actionable operational plans and drive execution excellence.
Lead scenario planning and make critical decisions during disruptions, demand fluctuations, and capacity constraints.
Act as the primary escalation point for short-term supply chain trade-off decisions.
Ensure high service levels while optimizing inventory, working capital, and operational costs.
Establish inventory strategies and optimize the distribution network to support business objectives.
Standardize S&OE processes, KPIs, and best practices while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing planning, scheduling, and distribution teams.
Strengthen organizational capabilities in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

You're a natural fit for Sales & Operations Execution Director if you have:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, scheduling, demand planning, or related disciplines.
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master's degree, MBA, or professional certification such as CPIM, considered an asset.
Strong expertise in S&OP and S&OE processes within complex supply chain environments.
Experience leading planning and execution activities across multiple sites and regions.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain execution.
Experience with SAP, IBP/APS solutions, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
Proven success leading managers, influencing stakeholders, and operating within a matrix organization.
Fluent English and intermediate to fluent French.

If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we’d love to meet you!
