We’re looking for someone who understands private lending, has strong real estate knowledge, and knows how to look beyond the numbers to structure the right deal.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze mortgage applications and structure financing solutions
- Prepare recommendations for approval
- Work directly with mortgage brokers and clients to assess opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of underwriting or credit experience, ideally in private lending
- Strong knowledge of real estate and mortgage financing
- Sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach
- Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple files
