About the Role

As the Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales throughout Quebec by promoting Castolin Eutectic's industry-leading wear protection solutions.

You will work closely with fabrication shops, maintenance departments, reliability teams, engineering professionals, and industrial end users to provide solutions that reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and lower total maintenance costs.

What You'll Bring

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Five or more years of industrial or technical sales experience
Experience in welding, fabrication, industrial maintenance (MRO), metalworking, protective coatings, or related industrial products
Strong business development and consultative selling skills
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in solving technical challenges
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
The ability to work independently while managing a large sales territory

Travel

This position requires travel throughout Quebec approximately 60% of the time.

Votre rôle

Vous serez responsable de développer les ventes de nos solutions de protection contre l'usure auprès des entreprises industrielles partout au Québec.

Vous collaborerez avec des ateliers de fabrication, des équipes de maintenance, des responsables de fiabilité, des superviseurs de soudage et des équipes d'ingénierie afin de proposer des solutions qui réduisent les coûts de maintenance et prolongent la durée de vie des équipements.

Ce que nous recherchons

Vous Possédez

5 ans ou plus d'expérience en vente technique ou industrielle
Une expérience en soudage, fabrication, maintenance industrielle (MRO), métallurgie, usinage ou produits industriels connexes
D'excellentes aptitudes en développement des affaires et en vente consultative
Une bonne aptitude mécanique et un intérêt pour les solutions techniques
Une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d'un système CRM
Un excellent sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités
La capacité de travailler de façon autonome

Formation

Diplôme technique ou universitaire en génie, technologie du soudage, génie mécanique, métallurgie ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience pertinente.

Déplacements

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements pouvant représenter environ 60 % du temps à travers le Québec.
