About The Role

Drive our growth as a Sales Director by securing high-profile business within key market sectors. You will lead the design of tailored sales solutions that address the unique needs of our clients. By joining our Sales function, you will act as a strategic partner, delivering the insights and service excellence that define our market leadership.

What You’ll Do

Develop and build long-term, professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential key stakeholders. Maintain excellent relationships and after-sales support to build confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
Manage sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation, and negotiation.
Evaluate industry and business trends and analyzes performance and respond with necessary business change.
Identify and build a large and high-profile, active sales pipeline. Explore both existing markets and target new market opportunities.
Own, develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations
Maintain records and relevant contract documents in support of tenders and re-bids for the business.
Enhance the business profile at industry events. Take part in networking and always promote an image of professionalism.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
