About The Role

As a CBRE Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide basicadministrative support to an office. This job is part of the Sales Operationsfunction.

They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, andforecasting to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Gather documentation to complete voucher formsand process commission payments.
Collect, compile, and evaluate data and createwritten descriptions of results.
Maintain company brand client messaging byapplying templates to produce marketing materials.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephonecalls.
Respond to general inquiries and provideinformation as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
Read and route incoming mail. Compose andprepare routine communications, faxes, and emails for sales professionals.
Maintain and update relevant databases andassist with website updates.
Organize and maintain the filing system andother records.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforwardproblems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods,and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
