Description

Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

· Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must

· 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration

· 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc

· Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing

· Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.

· Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

· Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset

Report Development Skills - 35%

· Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript

· Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing

· Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills- 20%

· Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

· Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

· Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

· Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members

Public Sector Experience- 5%

· Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset

· Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.

Must Have:
