Shapes CCM Hockey by translating brand and content into innovative digital design solutions across lifecycle marketing (emails), website (Shopify), paid channels, and organic social. Acts as the creative guardian for digital consistency, owning workstreams end-to-end and delivering a distinctive visual into every digital environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and product email designs, paid media assets, website design layouts, and organic social assets, ensuring the ethos and visual identity of CCM translate seamlessly into digital environments.
Partner with creative leads to define the creative vision of CCM digitally, and act as the guardian for creative consistency across all digital touchpoints for Canada, USA and EU.
Own and establish digital design strategy, guidelines, design systems, and wireframing as needed.
Translate Ecom trends, product storytelling, and marketing strategy into beautiful design solutions that align with the brand vision.
Rapidly assess digital markets and competitor landscapes to identify creative white space and iterate on design performance.
Collaborate with the design team, Brand and DTC teams to deliver high-impact digital executions that align with the business objectives.
Participate in and help lead planning meetings to inform the digital content calendar and build compelling narratives.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concepting with the brand team and DTC team to execute the final assets.
Any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of best-in-class digital design experience, ideally within global brands in the beauty, luxury, culture, sports, or fashion sectors.
Relevant degree or equivalent work experience; portfolio link required for consideration.
Highly empowered to own workstreams and make creative decisions end-to-end.
Out-of-the-box creative thinker who turns ambitious ideas into stunning digital realities.
Detail-obsessed and fast-moving, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
Technica mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience in motion work is a definite plus.
Expert, day-today proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Has actively experimented with AI and has some knowledge on tools to use to help support on digital asset creation.
Demonstrated success creating, evolving, and maintaining complex digital design systems while ensuring strict adherence to web accessibility standards.
An entrepreneurial, visually driven, problem solver.
Shopify Plus experience s an asset.
Any other related tasks.
