SALES MANAGER CANADA

THE VACANCY & EMPLOYER IN BRIEF:

CDM Stravitec NV is a leading international company specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of structural acoustics and vibration isolation systems for building structures and industrial applications.

The company demands the highest quality standards from its products and solutions, while taking into account strict environmental standards in their development, including local legislation, energy saving, reduction of waste and atmospheric emissions, as well as building codes and construction best practices during their application.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager Canada to strengthen the team and further expand CDM Stravitec’s presence across Canada. In this role, you oversee all commercial activities in Canada and drive growth through the promotion and sale of CDM Stravitec’s products and solutions.

You directly manage the Canadian market, ensuring alignment with the global strategy and commercial objectives. You define and execute the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Director, monitor performance and identify opportunities to achieve targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS SALES MANAGER CANADA:

✶ You directly manage the Canadian market, including business development, key account management and project sales.

✶ You identify, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, acousticians, engineers, contractors and partners.

✶ You identify the needs of key stakeholders and propose the most appropriate products and solutions.

✶ You prepare and deliver quotations and commercial offers, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal profitability targets.

✶ You negotiate and close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the Project Delivery team.

✶ You represent CDM Stravitec at trade shows, networking events and internal or external training sessions.

✶ You maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on sales activities.

✶ You actively manage the sales pipeline and sales forecast.

✶ You develop and maintain strong relationships with CDM Stravitec partners and customers across Canada.

✶ You are comfortable with face-to-face customer calls and travel domestically when required.

✶ You report to the Vice President of North America.

✶ You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B project-based sales, ideally in the construction or building materials industry.

✶ You bring proven experience in solution selling and account management.

✶ You have excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills.

✶ You are able to develop and maintain strong relationships with CDM Stravitec partners and customers across Canada.

✶ You are comfortable with face-to-face customer calls and able to travel domestically when required.
