The role serves as the primary connection between CDW Canada and the Technology and Business Transformation teams. The Product Manager – Canada translates business needs into product opportunities and ensures solutions address Canadian market requirements while aligning with CDW’s broader strategic direction. The Product Manager oversees the product lifecycle for the platforms used by CDW Canada sellers and services teams - from strategy and roadmaps through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization. These platforms include Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The role partners closely with business and technology teams to establish priorities, navigate dependencies, plan capacity, and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

Business Partnership & Process Leadership

  • Partner with CDW Canada business leaders to define, optimize, and enable business processes through technology solutions, ensuring systems, workflows, and product capabilities support operational objectives and user needs.  This includes in person meetings as needed at the CDW Canada office.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and end users across CDW Canada to understand evolving needs, conduct ongoing discovery, gather feedback, and ensure product strategies reflect organizational priorities.
  • Ensure adoption and usage of the end-to-end tools to execute on the CDW lead-to-order processes.

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps for platforms supporting CDW Canada sellers and services teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise priorities, and customer needs.
  • Lead the prioritization of product investments, enhancements, and initiatives based on business value, user needs, strategic objectives, and technology capacity.
  • Translate business objectives, user feedback, and operational requirements into product capabilities, features, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, business value, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Canada Business Representation

  • Serve as the voice of the Canadian business within the broader product organization and cross-functional value streams, providing context on market-specific requirements, business priorities, and customer needs to influence product decisions, roadmaps, enterprise planning, and investment decisions.
  • Participate in value stream forums and planning activities with stakeholders across U.S. Commercial, U.S. Government, and Canada organizations to align product strategies, identify dependencies, and promote shared business outcomes.

Delivery, Alignment & Communication

  • Partner with product managers, product owners, architects, and technology teams across value streams to evaluate impacts to the Canadian business and advocate for solutions that support regional goals while aligning with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to establish priorities, plan capacity, and support successful delivery of product initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Partner with business, technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders to ensure product capabilities address Canadian regulatory, localization, data, and operational requirements.
  • Drive product adoption by partnering with stakeholders to communicate value, support change management activities, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate enterprise product roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and delivery plans to stakeholders across all levels of the CDW Canada organization, ensuring visibility, alignment, and understanding of upcoming capabilities and investments.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of product management or technology experience, preferably managing multiple products, platforms, or interconnected systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder needs across multiple systems while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate detailed information and data into clear recommendations, tradeoffs, and executive-level narratives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of identifying process and product improvement opportunities and translating them into practical, value-focused recommendations.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery approaches, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Certinia PSA.
  • Experience applying AI and building AI-enabled agents to automate and streamline manual business processes.

We welcome thoughtful use of AI to expand your perspective and elevate how you share your story, while ensuring your application remains rooted in your own background, judgment, and voice.
