Technical Problem Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for complex, site-wide manufacturing technical issues, assisting teams with problem resolution for quality and delivery.
Lab Services & Product Testing Failure Analysis (FA) Lab Services: Oversee Failure Analysis Laboratory operations, ensuring advanced analytical capabilities (e.g., metallurgy, destructive/non-destructive testing, environmental testing) meet site and customer requirements while ensuring long-term viability and continuous growth.
