The base compensation for this position ranges from $23.00 - $26.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. YOUR IMPACT:
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
- Adhere to all company policies
- Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
- Maintain and expand a client book
- Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients
- Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
- Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested
Education Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Experience:
- Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Computer literate; learn and use various software packages
- Candidates with client books strongly preferred
- Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales
- Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
- Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs
- Service orientation and customer focused
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
Achieve individual and store sales targets by using product knowledge to increase sales, units per transaction, and transaction value while maintaining and expanding client relationships. Support client follow-up and store events, maintain the store image, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is requested, along with at least three years of retail experience focused on sales, preferably in luxury retail. Candidates should be customer-focused, comfortable learning software, passionate about luxury and design, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; an existing client book is strongly preferred.
