We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager, Social Media Enablement to join our client’s team. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-profile initiative to onboard, migrate, and implement a new social media management platform.
This is a contract position running through June 25, 2027, requiring talent to work on a hybrid basis (Wednesdays in-office) at our client's downtown Toronto location.
Description
As the Senior Program Manager, Social Media Enablement, you will play a critical role in modernizing advisor marketing capabilities, improving the user experience, and enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient social media practices across the enterprise. You will oversee multi-workstream activities, drive change management strategies, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale social media platform migration, onboarding, and implementation.
- Drive the change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption planning.
- Track project timelines, key milestones, risk management, and overall budget execution throughout the program lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain monitoring and governance processes for social media activity to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Digital Communications, and specialist teams to ensure platform alignment and smooth rollout.
- Prepare executive status reporting, governance materials, and decision-making documentation for senior leadership.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in large-scale program and project management.
- Proven experience leading platform onboarding, migration, or technology transformation projects.
- Strong background supporting change management initiatives and driving user adoption at scale.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or another highly regulated environment.
- Prior experience with social media management tools or enablement platforms.
