- Oversee user research, usability testing, heatmapping, customer feedback analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs.
Website Operations & Performance
- Oversee site functionality, ongoing maintenance, accessibility, security, and technical infrastructure to maintain a high-performing digital experience.
- Lead the digital content strategy in partnership with communications teams to ensure content aligns with customer journeys, SEO objectives, brand standards, and web governance best practices.
- Oversee website integrations and digital infrastructure, collaborating with agency and IT partners to optimize data flows, martech tools, and lead generation capabilities.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and lead the enterprise search strategy to maximize visibility, traffic, and lead generation across search ecosystems.
- Partner with agency teams on technical SEO, content optimization, and site architecture improvements while advancing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Overview visibility, and AI-powered search readiness.
- Stay ahead of evolving search technologies, algorithms, and AI platforms to capture new organic growth opportunities.
Analytics & Insights
- Lead overall web measurement and performance reporting.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and user behavior data to generate actionable insights that guide executive decision-making.
