Key Responsibilities 📌

As an Account Manager, Inside Sales, you will report to the General Manager, Corporate Sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business customers.
Drive customer retention, contract renewals, and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in order to understand their business needs and objectives.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full portfolio of products and services.
Prepare contract renewals and negotiate commercial terms to maintain and grow revenue.

Qualifications / Requirements ✅

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, business services, or business development.
Demonstrated experience managing and retaining B2B customer accounts.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop trusted partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify growth opportunities within an existing customer portfolio.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven and performance-based environment.

Skills 💼

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
📡 Experience in telecommunications, technology, or B2B services is considered an asset.
🎓 College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.

Top performers typically earn a total annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, including commissions and incentive bonuses.
