Key Responsibilities 📌

As a Solution Expert, Cloud & Telecommunications, you will report directly to the General Manager, Corporate Sales. Key responsibilities include:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by assessing business and technology requirements.
Design, present, and recommend advanced technology architectures involving cloud, telecommunications, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Engage with executive-level decision-makers to align technology strategies with business objectives.
Participate throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing enterprise agreements.
Support sales teams with technical expertise, solution design, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Maintain expertise on emerging technologies, market trends, and innovations in cloud computing and telecommunications.
Collaborate with strategic technology partners to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications ✅

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Software Architect, or Senior Technology Consultant.
Advanced expertise in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent.
Strong experience designing enterprise technology solutions and architectures.
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS solutions, and hybrid environments.
Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry and enterprise technology challenges.
Proven track record in business development and selling complex technology solutions.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong executive presence, charisma, and influencing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-driven approach.

Skills 🖥️

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and professional collaboration tools.

Agir comme expert-conseil auprès des clients afin d'analyser leurs besoins technologiques et d'identifier les meilleures solutions d'affaires.
Concevoir, présenter et recommander des architectures technologiques complexes incluant les solutions cloud, les télécommunications, la cybersécurité, les réseaux et les infrastructures TI.
Collaborer avec les décideurs de niveau exécutif afin de développer des stratégies technologiques alignées avec leurs objectifs d'affaires.
Participer activement au cycle complet des ventes, de la prospection à la conclusion des ententes commerciales.
Soutenir les équipes de vente dans l'élaboration des propositions techniques, démonstrations et présentations exécutives.
Développer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires et agir comme partenaire stratégique auprès des clients existants et potentiels.
Assurer une veille constante des nouvelles technologies, tendances du marché et innovations en matière de cloud computing et de télécommunications.
Travailler étroitement avec les partenaires technologiques afin de proposer des solutions de classe mondiale.

Profil / Exigences ✅

Minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle de Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Software Architect ou consultant technologique senior.
Expertise avancée des environnements cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud ou équivalent).
Solide expérience dans la conception de solutions d'architecture technologique pour les entreprises.
Excellente compréhension des infrastructures TI, réseaux, sécurité informatique, plateformes SaaS et environnements hybrides.
Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie des télécommunications et des enjeux technologiques des entreprises.
Expérience démontrée en développement des affaires et en vente de solutions technologiques complexes.
Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques auprès d'intervenants non techniques.
Présence professionnelle exceptionnelle, charisme naturel et aptitude à influencer les décideurs de haut niveau.
Excellentes capacités de négociation, de communication et de présentation.
