Acting as a model and personifying the vision of Bell and Cellcom, the position holder delivers exceptional customer service to contacts at major strategic accounts and to their employee base, while seizing every opportunity to grow revenue across the full product line.

This position may be based in either Montreal or Toronto, depending on the successful candidate’s location. The candidate must be fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Acquire new EPP business - prospect new companies and present Bell EPP solutions to secure new logos and grow the channel.
Maximize revenue across the full product line: device sales, activations, upgrades, warranties, accessories, refurbished devices and device buy-back, while cross-selling BRS.
Plan and execute the busiest periods (end-of-quarter promotions, Black Friday, Back to School and the holiday season) with strong organization and preparation.
Organize kiosks and on-site events within major strategic accounts.
Build and refine channel strategy in collaboration with the B2B Manager.

Tasks

Understand and review EPP sales targets and financial data; communicate them and follow up through regular meetings with the manager.

Prepare ahead of peak periods - build promotional calendars, ready offers and materials, and coordinate stock.
Track all EPP activity in Salesforce; maintain an accurate pipeline and account records.
Use Cellsell and Fastact for transactions, activations and order processing.
Collaborate with the B2B Manager to develop and execute the channel strategy.
