Key Responsibilities 📌

As an Account Manager, Inside Sales, you will report to the General Manager, Corporate Sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business customers.
Drive customer retention, contract renewals, and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in order to understand their business needs and objectives.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full portfolio of products and services.
Prepare contract renewals and negotiate commercial terms to maintain and grow revenue.

Qualifications / Requirements ✅

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, business services, or business development.
Demonstrated experience managing and retaining B2B customer accounts.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop trusted partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients commerciaux existants.
Assurer la rétention, le renouvellement et la croissance des comptes qui vous sont assignés.
Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients afin de bien comprendre leurs besoins d'affaires et leurs objectifs.
Effectuer des suivis réguliers auprès des clients afin d'assurer leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.
Identifier les opportunités de ventes additionnelles et croisées à travers l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits et services.
Préparer les renouvellements de contrats et négocier les conditions commerciales afin de maintenir et développer les revenus.

Profil / Exigences ✅

Minimum de 3 années d'expérience en gestion de comptes, ventes internes, service aux entreprises ou développement des affaires.
Expérience démontrée dans la gestion et la fidélisation de clients B2B.
Solides compétences en relation client et capacité à développer des partenariats de confiance.
