Your Role as a Sales Representative

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service from the moment customers enter the store through after-sales support.

• Identify customer needs and recommend the full range of Bell products and services, including mobile phones, mobility plans, residential services, internet, and small business solutions.

• Use effective sales techniques to maximize opportunities, achieve sales targets, and exceed performance objectives.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Stay up to date on Bell products, services, promotions, and offers by actively participating in training sessions.

• Contribute to a positive team environment and help the store achieve its sales goals.
