Founded in 1985, Cellcom Communications, an authorized Bell dealer, stands out for its leadership and strong growth. Cellcom Communications is not only about retail and business sales, but also about a large, dedicated, and passionate team!

We are currently looking for five Sales Representatives to join our team at Bell & Virgin Bourassa, Bell Versailles, and Bell Décarie.

Here Is What We Offer

Base salary of $17/hour + commissions, with the potential to earn $20–$25/hour and more. You are in control of your own salary.

As an in-store Sales Representative, your role will be to:
Provide personalized, high-quality customer service, from the moment the customer enters the store through to after-sales service.
Identify and understand customer needs and recommend the full range of Bell products and services, such as mobility, residential services, small business services, and more.
Use different sales approaches and initiatives to optimize the sale of Bell/Virgin products and services, seize every business opportunity, and aim to meet and exceed your targets.
Ensure you have strong knowledge of the products and services offered by actively participating in various training sessions.

Your Profile

You have at least one year of experience in sales and/or in the telecommunications industry.
You are competitive and resourceful.
You have leadership skills.
The desire to succeed and achieve goals motivates you.
You are able to quickly build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
You are eager to learn and improve.
You are determined and persistent - nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment at the end!
You have a positive attitude, and your professionalism and work ethic are impeccable.

You have relevant experience or training related to the position - this is an asset.

You are available between 25 and 40 hours per week and have a flexible schedule, including days and weekends.
