Store Manager – Bell Store | Windsor

We're looking for a Store Manager for our Windsor location. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn't satisfied with good when great is possible.

Your role

You'll own the full store experience - from results to team culture.

Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
Drive sales and hit targets - then set new ones
Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential
Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for
Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
Maintain store presentation and safety standards

Responsibilities

Lead all store operations and performance, drive sales results, monitor targets, and take corrective action when needed. Hire and develop the team, deliver a strong customer experience, and oversee compliance, inventory, expenses, merchandising, presentation, and safety.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience as a retail Store Manager or Team Leader and be able to coach and develop employees. They should be interested in technology and telecommunications, available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed, and be organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.
