Fulfillment Associate

• Role Description: Packing and processing shipments for B2B sales, International Trade, B2C, and Website orders
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly receiving data and notify any discrepancies in terms of quality and/or quantity
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory, invoice, and Sales order issues
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate stock is available to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and other data related to order fulfillment
• Update customers regarding order status, shipping information, and other related matters.
• Resolve any issues such as shipping delays, damaged products, or incorrect orders.
• Complete front-end merchandising requirements, keep store shelves stocked, and ensure all products are accessible
• Weekly Staging Report of pending orders for dispatch
• Assist the Inventory Manager in creating stock reports and cycle counts
• Should be fit and able to lift boxes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong packing and sorting skills to handle products efficiently and accurately.
• Candidates should possess experience with unloading shipments and organizing inventory within a warehouse environment.
• Candidates should possess basic customer service skills to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is considered an asset.
• Ability to lift and move packages regularly, stand for extended periods, and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
