CELVINI works on residential projects in Toronto and the GTA.

Role Description

We are looking for a freelance 3D Architectural Visualizer skilled in SketchUp and V-Ray to create realistic exterior and interior renderings from supplied CAD drawings, design direction and finishes.

We have several residential projects planned and will begin with a new four-storey house of approximately 8,000 sq. ft. to assess the fit for ongoing collaboration.

Deliverables include editable SketchUp models, exterior and interior renderings, and walkthroughs, with agreed revisions. Please share your portfolio, availability and rates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray.
  • Experience creating realistic residential interior and exterior renderings.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
  • Strong eye for lighting, materials, colour and composition.
  • Portfolio of relevant work; custom home experience preferred.
