  • Track actual costs against budget and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support development and maintenance of cost forecasts that reflect scope changes, productivity performance, and schedule impacts.
  • Work with finance, procurement, and site personnel to validate cost information and maintain accurate records.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare internal and client‑facing cost reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Explain cost drivers, variances, and forecast movements clearly for project leadership.
  • Coordinate cost information with schedule, progress, and change data so reporting presents a consistent project outlook.
  • Maintain traceable cost records to support client reviews, assurance activities, and audits.

Project Controls Coordination

  • Work with the scheduling and change functions to assess cost impacts from schedule changes, emerging trends, and approved scope revisions.
  • Support administrative, data validation, and documentation tasks across the project control functions.
  • Contribute to data validation and reporting improvements within the project controls team.

Health, Safety, and Environment

  • Actively support and demonstrate Cementation's HSE culture in all work activities
