Job Details

This job profile description is a standardized, non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. Performs operational support activities including data entry, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks in accordance with established procedures.
Processes routine transactions, maintains accurate records, and supports day-to-day workflow coordination across teams.
Resolves routine to moderately complex operational issues by applying established guidelines and escalating exceptions when needed.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to complete assigned activities, track follow-ups, and support timely execution of operational tasks.
Provides guidance to newer team members on standard procedures, system usage, and day-to-day work practices.
Identifies process inefficiencies, suggests practical improvements, and supports implementation of standardized workflows within the assigned function.

Qualification:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Experience

2+ years of experience in of progressive operations support, business operations, administrative roles, or a related field required.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and varying schedules.
