Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.

This job profile description is a standardized, non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. It does not alter actual job duties, responsibilities, reporting lines, working conditions, grading, compensation, or other essential terms and conditions of employment.

Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.

Follow up with patients according to the approved/allowed cadence to obtain reimbursement-related updates and information required to support case progression.
Update and maintain patient files accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all reimbursement-related activities, outcomes, and communications are properly documented.
Support reimbursement processes by collecting, reviewing, and recording information related to coverage, claims status, and patient access matters, in accordance with program requirements.
Escalate reimbursement issues, coverage barriers, and case-specific concerns to the appropriate team members as required.
Report all Adverse Events identified during patient interactions to the assigned units/departments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and current records in applicable systems and department files.
Compile reimbursement-related information from various sources for reporting, tracking, and case management purposes.
Interact with internal team members and management to support resolution of case-related and workload-related issues.
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with associates, management, and other internal stakeholders.
Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, privacy requirements, safety rules, and program guidelines.
Perform related reimbursement support duties as assigned..

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a pharmaceutical setting.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is essential
Proven accuracy when processes large amounts of data;
Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required.

Skills & Knowledge

Communicates effectively in writing and verbally to clarify requests and provide accurate updates.
Applies strong organization and attention to detail to maintain records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
Uses analytical thinking to compile information, identify discrepancies, and support routine reporting needs.
Resolves routine issues by applying standard procedures and exercising sound judgment on escalation needs.
Uses standard productivity tools to prepare documents, manage information, and coordinate administrative activities.
