Position Overview

CenerTech Canada Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, Alberta.

This is primarily an office-based position involving general administrative support. Occasional travel to work sites may be required. The successful candidate will also assist with communication and coordination between the Canadian office and the company’s headquarters in China.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the team.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and internal records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Schedule meetings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Prepare basic forms, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist with employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding.
Update internal schedules and contact lists.
Coordinate administrative matters and day-to-day communication with the company’s headquarters in China.
Assist with company events and other administrative duties as required.
Travel to work sites occasionally when required.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or other relevant education.
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
Experience working with teams in China or supporting cross-border communication is an asset.
A valid driver’s licence and the ability to drive when required.
