Proactively identify, resolve or escalate contractual, commercial, cost, schedule and supplier performance issues
Coordinate contract offboarding and close-out, ensuring outstanding changes, final documentation and supplier performance feedback are completed
Support or lead sourcing activities as required, including bid package preparation, evaluation coordination, negotiation support, award recommendations and contract award

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in supply chain management, business, engineering, construction management or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered
Minimum five years of progressive experience in contracts, procurement, supply chain or project support, including hands-on post-award contract administration
Demonstrated experience in contract administration, commercial and cost control, change management, supplier performance, issue resolution and contract close-out
Working knowledge of sourcing and contracting practices, including bid preparation, evaluations, negotiations, contract terms and conditions, approval requirements and contract awards
A Supply Chain Management Professional designation or other relevant procurement, contract management or project management certification is considered an asset

We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
