We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven New Home Development Sales Representative to join our sales team in Mississauga on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys working with prospective homebuyers, building relationships, and turning inquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in following up with leads. They will play an important role in guiding prospective purchasers through the new home buying process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and follow up consistently with prospective purchasers.
  • Proactively contact and nurture leads to generate interest and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Welcome visitors to the sales office and provide professional, knowledgeable presentations of the development.
  • Educate buyers on available homes, floor plans, pricing, features, upgrades, and community amenities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective purchasers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
  • Manage and track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales activity using the company’s sales tools.
  • Schedule and conduct sales appointments and assist buyers throughout the purchasing process.
  • Maintain an organized and professional presentation of the sales office and marketing materials.
  • Work collaboratively with the builder’s team to support sales targets and overall development objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, customer service, or a related sales environment is preferred.
  • A valid Ontario real estate registration is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to lead follow-up, prospecting, and sales conversion.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to build trust with prospective buyers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and some evenings is required.

Centra Homes Offers

  • Competitive compensation consisting of a base salary plus commission.
  • Part-time hours with a flexible schedule based on sales office requirements.
  • The opportunity to work within a new home development environment.
  • Qualified leads and the opportunity to build relationships with prospective homebuyers.
  • A supportive team environment with the opportunity to contribute directly to sales success.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and understands that successful sales require consistent effort. The right person will be comfortable picking up the phone, engaging with leads, following up professionally, and building relationships that result in sales. If you are enthusiastic about real estate, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by achieving results, we would love to hear from you. A resume and cover letter can be sent to info@centradevelopments.com. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
