Records Maintenance Coordinator
Position: Records Maintenance Coordinator (Public Works/City Light)
Date Open: October 1, 2026
Date Closes: October 15, 2026
Salary: $4,704 - $5,388/mo.* (2026 Wages)
- before union elected wage contribution of $260.00 per month to supplemental pension plan.
Status: full-time, Teamsters Union
General Function:
Coordinates office activities for the Public Works and City Light Departments, including reception, record keeping, word processing and filing.
Education And Experience:
High school diploma or G.E.D. One year of electronic and manual archiving experience preferred. Municipal government experience is desirable. Four years of progressively responsible office experience including a minimum of one year records management, or any combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
A valid Washington state driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.
