Centurion Canada Ltd. is an integrated rental and services supplier for drilling, completions, facilities, pipelines, forestry, construction, and government sectors across Western Canada. Our equipment and services include cranes, track hoe packages, wastewater and water management, power and lighting, combination units, remote security and communications, work camps/wellsite accommodations, and heavy equipment. We deliver industry leading customer service that is backed by a strong safety culture and exceptional staff.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team in Clairmont, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounting and administration while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Reporting to the Accounting & Office Manager, the Accounting Administrator will support accounts payable, reporting, and general office administration functions. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service.

Core Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices, coding, data entry, and payment preparation.
Assist with accounts payable reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile company credit card transactions and employee expense submissions.
Maintain organized accounting documentation and electronic filing systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly accounting and operational reports.
Assist with data entry and report generation as required.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Order office supplies and support day-to-day office operations.
Maintain records, files, and administrative documentation in a paperless environment.
Provide administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams.
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; business administration diploma/certificate is considered an asset.
3-5 years' of previous accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
