At Century Mile Racetrack and Casino, great service sets the tone for a fantastic visit. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Host/Hostess who will develop, maintain and enhance positive relations with all guests and staff members.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception & Seating: Warmly greet arriving guests, manage waiting lists efficiently, estimate wait times, and seat parties accurately.
- Service Support: Communicate seating arrangements to waitstaff, assist with food and beverage delivery when needed, and help clear and reset tables to maintain floor flow.
- Guest Relations: Answer questions regarding menu items, casino amenities, and venue offerings while professionally resolving guest inquiries or concerns.
- Venue Readiness: Keep the host station, dining areas, and service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, floor staff, and management to ensure a smooth dining operation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in hosting, serving, or customer service within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle peak service hours smoothly.
- Certifications: Valid AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a standard criminal record check.
- Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent experience), strong punctuality, and a professional presentation.
