The incumbent is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while serving as the administrator of the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipping activities

· Ensure productivity, workforce management, and compliance with health and safety standards

· Maintain inventory accuracy and transactional integrity

· Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel · Manage employee scheduling, staffing needs, and onboarding of new hires

· Oversee cycle counting activities and investigate inventory discrepancies

· Analyze key performance indicators and implement operational improvements

· Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

· Act as the primary user and business owner of the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system

· Ensure data integrity and optimization of ERP processes

· Support and train system users

· Maintain procedures, process documentation, and operational reports

· Collaborate with management on data analysis and improvement projects

· Participate in system upgrades and coordinate activities with external consultants

Your profile

· Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations

· Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

· Experience working with an ERP system

· Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 (a strong asset)

· Experience in the distribution industry (an asset)

· Strong knowledge of inventory management processes

La personne titulaire du poste est responsable de superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l’entrepôt tout en agissant comme responsable du système ERP Epicor Prophet 21 (P21). Elle veille à l’efficacité opérationnelle, à l’exactitude des inventaires, à l’intégrité des données et à l’amélioration continue des processus.

Responsabilités

· Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l’entrepôt (réception, entreposage, réapprovisionnement et expédition)

· Assurer la productivité, la gestion de la main-d’œuvre et le respect des normes SST

· Veiller à l’exactitude des inventaires et à l’intégrité des transactions

· Encadrer, former et évaluer le personnel d’entrepôt

· Gérer les horaires, les besoins en recrutement et l’intégration des nouveaux employés

· Superviser les comptages cycliques et résoudre les écarts d’inventaire

· Analyser les indicateurs de performance et mettre en œuvre des améliorations opérationnelles

· Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et Lean

· Agir comme principal utilisateur et responsable d’affaires du système Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)

· Assurer l’intégrité des données et l’optimisation des processus ERP

· Soutenir et former les utilisateurs du système

· Maintenir les procédures, la documentation et les rapports opérationnels

· Collaborer avec la direction sur l’analyse des données et les projets d’amélioration

· Participer aux mises à niveau du système et coordonner les interventions des consultants externes

Votre profil

· Diplôme en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, gestion des opérations, administration des affaires, génie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe

· Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion des opérations d’entrepôt ou de distribution

· Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en supervision d’équipe

· Expérience de travail avec un système ERP

· Connaissance d’Epicor Prophet 21 (un atout important)

· Expérience dans l’industrie de la distribution (un atout)

· Excellente connaissance des processus de gestion des inventaires

· Expérience dans la création et l’analyse de tableaux de bord et d’indicateurs de performance

· Bilinguisme (français et anglais), à l’oral et à l’écrit

· Leadership mobilisateur et approche orientée vers les résultats
