Develop project cost estimates and supporting documentation for capital, maintenance, and turnaround budgets.
Prepare and review instrument specifications, data sheets, control narratives, loop drawings, logic diagrams, cause-and-effect documentation, and other project deliverables.
Select and size instrumentation and associated equipment, and review vendor proposals, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
Ensure project designs comply with applicable legislation, codes, standards, site practices, and CF engineering requirements.
Implement project changes through CF’s Management of Change process and participate in PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, and other risk reviews, as applicable.
