Application Support Analyst (Junior)

Missions

Responsibilities

Provide first and second level support for Financing & Transaction Banking (FTB) business applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and user issues within agreed service levels.

Act as the primary liaison between business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure effective issue resolution and communication.

Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues, and drive continuous service improvements.

Support application releases, change management activities, and production deployments.

Maintain support documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Ensure compliance with operational controls, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Support users across multiple regions and time zones.

Profile

Requirements

Mandatory

Experience providing first and second level application support in a production environment.

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Experience investigating and resolving functional and technical application issues.

Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams.

Experience supporting application releases, production deployments, and change management activities.

Knowledge of application monitoring and performance management.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment supporting business critical applications.

English required.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Financing & Transaction Banking (FTB) applications.

Knowledge of IT service management best practices.

ITIL certification.

Nice to Have

Project experience with Microsoft Azure.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

LANGUAGE:

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level support for business-critical Financing and Transaction Banking applications, investigating and resolving production incidents while maintaining availability and operational stability. Coordinate with users and technical teams, monitor application performance, support releases and deployments, maintain documentation, and ensure operational and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

The role requires experience supporting applications in production, strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills, and the ability to coordinate with business, development, and infrastructure teams.
